A: No, it is a violation of Dialysis-Practice-Test.com exam policy to attempt to recreate test questions from the exam. Our questions are in the same format as the Bonent exam and were derived from current:

Q: I can’t log into the site. What is wrong?

A: It could be many things, but we find that 7/10 times the user is not typing their log-in and password in correctly. try clearing your browsers cache and or quitting and then restarting the web browser. Q:The site logged me out. Why?

A: When you log into the site a session cookie is set in your web browser. If you remain idle in any portion of the site for more than 10 minutes it will log you out. This is a security feature to prevent unauthorized access to your account should you leave it open at an Internet cafe, firehouse or other public Internet access facility.

Q: I want to sign up! How do I pay?

 A: DPT uses Paypal as our payment source who offers payment options which require the use of either a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express or if you  have an existing Paypal Account and you have a balance, you can pay from your balance.

Q: May I use my debit card on Paypal?

A: Only if it has a VISA/MasterCard Logo on it and you would need to use it as a credit purchase.

Q: I already have a Paypal Account. Can I pay from my Paypal Account Balance?

A: Yes, however you would need to access your account through our Registration Process.

Q: Does DPT accept Checks or Electronic Check payment?

 A: No. DPT does not accept paper checks or  Electronic Checks.

Q: I failed my National Exam and I qualify for the 100% Money-back Guarantee. How do I request a refund?

Q: I failed my National Exam but do not qualify for a refund. I would like to Renew my Membership. Do I need to Register again?

A: Yes. We are sorry that you did not pass your National Exam. Yes, you will need to complete our             Registration Process, as we do not retain any credit card or payment information. We do   however retain your log-in credentials, so you may use the same User Name and Password.

Q: Does DPT record and store my Credit Card Information?

A: No. DPT does not retain any information with regards to your payment option. We use Paypal as our payment processor, for a better understanding of what PayPal does with your personal information, please review their privacy polices.

Q: How secure is my payment?

A: Payment Security: DPT LLC does not collect credit card information. Credit Card payments are processes by Paypal.com Inc. through a 128-Bit SSL encrypted secure server for the highest security on the net!

Q: I am a Clinic Manager and I would like to purchase a Membership for my Clinic. Can I do this?

A: Yes. This is considered a Corporate Membership. Please use the Contact Us Form or by calling     us directly @ 1-888-258-5164.

Q: I am a Director of a Technical School and would like to purchase a Membership for my students. Can I do this?

Q: Yikes! I accidentally purchased 2 or more memberships and I only wanted to purchase 1. What do I need to do to be refunded?

A: Please submit a Contact Us Form. Please include the Payer Name, User Account Email  Address and Purchase Dates. All are required for processing. DPT will issue your refund within  48 hrs, however you will need to allow 7-10 Business Days for your financial institution to process.

Q: My Credit Card was declined when I tried and register. Why?

A: Why is my credit card being declined? If you are attempting to pay for a membership, and receiving a message that the card has been declined, there are a few possible reasons. You will need to check with your bank or card provider as the declined message is not coming from our software; It is coming directly from your bank or card provider not allowing our payment processor to place the charge.  Unfortunately, we do not receive specific information about why the card/charge is being declined, therefore we are unable to provide you with an explanation. Can I pay with a debit card?  Yes! Our payment processor, Paypal.com, does accept both credit and debit cards. Many customers are able to use debit cards without any issue, but the decision about whether a particular transaction (debit/credit) is allowed, is made by your bank or card provider.

Q: My account is active but I cannot log in?

A: This can be due to an array of reasons, Please review the below to Troubleshoot:

  •  Verify your log in credentials: ie. Username (email address used )
  • Verify your Password: (Our site is case sensitive) If entering your password correctly you may need to try resetting your password.
  • Account access permissions : Does your membership include the area that you are attempting to access or does it include access to the use of other devices?

Q: I answered the question correctly but it was marked incorrect. I would like to dispute this. How do I do submit a dispute?

A: While logged in to the test center, whether through the website or mobile app, members have the ability to submit feedback on any question or rationale. To do this please use the Question Feedback form located on the right hand side of your screen. Please note: this provides us with the proper question id which is necessary to address your concern. Do not use any of the contact us forms or other form submissions for question feedback issues, as this will delay or impact our ability to address your concern.

Q: How do I reset my password?

 A: To reset your password, please visit our Reset your Password Form. You will need to provide your username and a response will be sent to your email. If you are unable to reset your password, please contact us through our Contact Us Form.

Q: Can I access the Testing Center through my Mobile Browser (i.e. Google, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari)

A: Dialysis Practice Test has a Responsive Theme. This allows the user to view our website on any mobile device, however while logged into the DPT Testing Center through a mobile browser may cause functionality and/or layout issues. We request that members with mobile app access, use the DPT Mobile app  (Android/IPhone) when using your mobile devices. For members  without mobile access please use your Desktop, Laptop or Tablet for best viewing results.

Q: I am having layout and functionality issues with your site. I think it is a glitch, how do to report this?

 A: Commonly these issues are due to local environment, i.e. an outdated browser, internet connections and speed, however, glitches/bugs may appear periodically throughout different areas of our service, i.e. testing center, mobile app and live agent support. When experiencing an issue regardless of issue we ask that you notify us immediately via the Support Page, Report a Bug. We ask that you provide as much information as possible.

  •  Type of Device (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Mobile (Android/IPhone)
  •  Which mobile app are you using? Android or Iphone
  • What browser and or version are you using?
  •  Provide details of which page you were on  and which buttons you may have selected when this issue occurred. If there is a glitch in our site, this will assist our Technical Team to recreate the issue.

Q: I purchased a 6 month membership but took my test early. Can I let anyone else use my account?

A: No. According to our Disclaimer Policy there is to be no account sharing under any circumstances.

Q: How can I find out if I qualify for a Refund?

A: There are a few ways for you to verify this.

  1.  Log in to your account
  2.  Please click on ‘My Profile” (visible in website and mobile app)
  3.  Review the Guarantee Eligibility section. In this section you can see your eligibility stats. (IE. Avg. Score, % usage of database, Membership eligibility)

Q: I took my test early and I no longer need an active membership. Can I get a partial refund?

A: All Memberships Purchases are non-refundable outside of the terms set forth in our Disclaimer Policy.

Q: I purchased a Membership but I now want a different Membership package. How do I do this?

A: At this time,  Members can upgrade their membership at anytime. Depending on the type of the original membership  purchased, you can allow it to expire and then re-register and purchase the desired membership. (i.e. 24hr, 1wk or 2wk)
