This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which DPT, LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its users (each, a, “User”) of the website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by DPT, LLC.

2.0: Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site,  place an order,  fill out a form, respond to a survey, subscribe to the newsletter and/or  in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information.


  1. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. A User may refuse to supply personal identification information; however it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

To send periodic emails – User provided email addresses are for Registration (Free Access/Purchased Access Account Details Active/Inactive Status, Site Communication Emails, Surveys, New Products and Services and Special Offers) and will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their account. It may also be used to respond to the Users inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. By utilizing DPT LLC Services and Products, Users consent to this data usage, mailing list, to receive emails that may include company news, updates, related products or services information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

8.0: Google Adsense®

Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google\’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visit to our Site and other sites on the Internet.   1. This Mobile App Privacy Policy is effective as of October 01, 2014 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
  2. We reserve the right to update or change our Mobile App Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
